The Facilities

 

Our stables accommodates  34 boxes. 

There are three stable sheds, shed A can accommodates 8 boxes, shed B accommodates 16 boxes, and Shed C has  13 boxes, and an 8meter x 8meter sand roll. There are 3 wash bays, plenty of space for tack and feed rooms and generous size 8 horse capacity horse-walker. The property has 160,000 litre water tank that is filled with a charged system from rain collection from the 3 huge sheds. All electricity lighting uses energy saving Led lights. 15 kwtt Solar System has just been installed.

 

Shed A also includes a functional office, staff room, kitchen and toilet facilities for staff. There are other secure rooms that can be utilized as required. All 3 sheds have been recently professionally equipped with bird netting which will stop migrating birds from nesting and damaging the site. 

 

The property is secured with 1800mm colorbond fencing and 2 remote controlled perimeter gates to ensure a safe work environment.

 

There is a 29 cctv camera security system strategically positioned around the property with full video access day and night for trainers on their personal computer or smart phone. This feature is to ensure a secure and safe environment is maintained and only staff coming in and out access the property.
